Should Redskins have an interest in Antonio Brown?

Antonio Brown isn’t going to come cheap — but he might be available.

Coincidentally, the Washington Redskins happen to desperately need help at wide receiver.

Brown reignited the drama with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, posting what amounted to a goodbye and fueled trade speculation:

Normally, a talent like Brown would cost too much for any team to afford.

But at this point, Brown might be a bargain for a team like the Redskins.

Intentionally or not, Brown has tanked his trade value since the end of the season. Not only did he seem to let the team down with the playoffs on the line, multiple prior incidents and several more since have made him a touchy topic.

Diva and on a large contract or not, few — if any — are better than Brown. For a team thinking itself a contender thanks to its defense but needing some serious help around a downtrodden quarterback position, the Redskins might make some sense as potential trade partners.
