Two years since the ISIL (ISIS) armed group was defeated in Syria, thousands of foreign fighters and their families remain stuck in camps.
They include women and children from Europe who followed their husbands to Syria.
This week, Belgium repatriated six women and their 10 children.
But some other European governments have been reluctant to do the same, citing security concerns.
The United Kingdom, for instance, has removed citizenship for many people linked to ISIL.
