'Should be dubbed the fireman' - Notts County's player ratings from FA Cup win at Ebbsfleet

Notts County booked their place in the second round of the FA Cup as they came from behind to beat Ebbsfleet 3-2 at the Kuflink Stadium.

Here's how Leigh Curtis rated the Notts players.

Sam Slocombe: Couldn't do much with Josh Payne's opening goal which was an absolute thunderbolt from 35 yards. Dealt well with a couple of corners when he opted to punch rather than catch. And made a great save in the second half.  7

Damian McCrory: Was given a torrid time by Myles Weston in the opening minutes, but the Irishman recovered well. Didn't get forward as  much as he would have hoped. 6

Mitch Rose: This game was made for him. It was a battle at times and he loves that kind of warfare. Made plenty of tackles and covered a lot of grass. Good display. 7

Ben Turner: An experienced centre-back are worth their weight in gold and Turner was excellent. Should be dubbed the fireman as he constantly put things out and rescued Notts from a replay. 9

Michael Doyle: Ratted around midfield and was never afraid to dig out his team-mates in an attempt to drive up the standards. Reads the game well and always seems to be in a position to snuff out danger. 7

Enzio Boldewijn: Let the afterburners go and it was from his pace and power that Notts won a corner which resulted in an equaliser. So close to a goal in the second half. More of the same please. 8

Notts County's Kyle Wootton scores to make it 1-1 (Dan Westwell)

Connell Rawlinson: Had one of those games where you hardly noticed him but that's not such a bad thing as  it meant he did his job with the minimum of fuss. Kept it simple. 7

Kyle Wootton: Scored the all-important equaliser with a shot that was deemed to have crossed the line by the referee's assistant and then showed real quality to add a second. Superb in the second half. 8

Regan Booty: Played out wide on the left and his passing was not up to his usual standard. But it was his alertness to play a short corner to Wootton that brought the equaliser. 6

Richard Brindley: Got up and down the right-hand side and always looks as if he is in control no matter who he is up against. Another assured display from the full-back. 7

Wes Thomas: Showed incredible skill to turn away from his marker to lay on Wootton's second goal of the afternoon. Never stops trying and must be nightmare to play against. 7
