A gun maniac shot through the window of Paisley house in a late night attack.
The brazen shooter fired through the pane in Glencoats Drive, in the Ferguslie area of the town, in the early hours of this morning.
Cops sealed off a section of the street as a major probe got underway into the shooting, which happened around 1am.
It is not known if anyone was injured at this time.
Stunned neighbours looked on as officers taped off the street with specialist forensic teams expected on scene this morning.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
