Shops and businesses reopening in Liverpool next week

Shopper were finally able to revisit their favourite high street stores last week as hundreds of non-essential shops reopened across the country.

Back in May, the Prime Minister gave the green light for outdoor markets and car showrooms to reopen on from June 1 and non-essential retailers to begin reopening from June 15.

While this meant retailers such as Primark, Sports Direct and Zara opened their doors again not all shops decided to do so with some choosing to stay closed a little while longer while safety plans are put in place.

There are a handful of stores reopening for the first time next week but some others won't be opening again until August.

When shopping in stores there are a number of changes including a reduction in the number of people allowed inside at one time.

In some stores parts of the shop floor have been closed off and every other till closed too to allow staff to keep a safe distance with each other.

Below, we've rounded-up the stores opening next week for the first time since March.

Build-a-bear - June 22

Molton Brown - June 22

Morphe - June 25

John Lewis - June 25
