Brides, grooms, prospective parents, and anyone else with a gift list, Ikea has some news for you: It's started a gift registry!
Which means now you can sign up for chairs, bedding, kitchen pots and pans, furniture and those famous meatballs, or whatever else you might want from the ginormous Swedish retailer and _ maybe _ your friends will buy it for you.
And this is kind of cool: The registry site allows gift givers to chip in a toward the total purchase price of a items on the list, which makes it easier for a bunch of pals to go in together on a big ticket item.
