Last month it was revealed that Nectar Card would be making some big changes to its loyalty scheme.
Under the new plans, shoppers were told to expect a system which would make it easier to boost their points, and would receive offers tailored to their personal shopping habits.
Following the announcement, - which allows card holders to exchange points for double their amount in vouchers.
However, not everyone is happy with the scheme, as a limit on the amount of vouchers you can receive has now been put into place .
Posting on blogging website Mumsnet, one furious shopper claimed to have lost hundreds of pounds worth of points.
The angry consumer wrote:"Has anybody noticed that they have changed the rules this year - i.e. Only £100 worth of Nectar Double Up vouchers will be issued per Nectar card/account during the promotional period.
"Previously there was no limit on how much you of your nectar points you could use. Previously, there was a limit of £100 voucher per item, now the overall limit you can spend is £100!
"I have 33,000 points which would have been worth £333 in the double up. Now it will be worth £100 + £115 ... so I'm losing £118. I'll be going to Tescos from now on."
