Shoppers snap up super cheap make up thanks to Lloyds Pharmacy website glitch

A savvy shopper has told how she picked up nearly £150 worth of make up for just £50 after spotting a glitch on the Lloyds Pharmacy website.

The chemist site seemingly neglected to change their sale prices back after a pre-Christmas discount, leaving make up palettes by Profusion priced at a third of their normal RRP.

Palettes that normally retail for between £11 and £15 are currently available on the site for under £5.

The saving was highlighted by an excited shopper in a group called Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK on Facebook.

She said: “There seems to be a glitch on the Lloyd's pharmacy website at the moment. It states all sale items will return to full price by the 23/12/2020... I've just managed to order these Profusion sets, should have cost me £147, instead I've paid £49.43!

“A huge saving of £97.57!!! Better be fast before they realise!!”

However it seems LLoyds Pharmacy is aware of the issue and has decided to honour the sale prices until stocks run out.

And, there's a way to knock even more off by using the code WELCOME10 at checkout - which adds a further 10% discount for first time shoppers with Lloyds.

Profusion Cosmetics is an LA based make up brand that's also available online at stores including Boots, Allbeauty and Amazon.

Highly rated for the vibrant pigments in their products, the range is a big hit with make up artists and cosmetics lovers alike.
