Shoppers completely confused over Pandora's Black Friday deals

Pandora shoppers have been left confused after the jewellery chain announced its Black Friday deals, only to be unable to find them.

The popular retailer confirmed via Facebook this week it would be launching Black Friday deals every week throughout November, with price cuts of up to 35% off on earrings, bracelets and more.

But, shoppers in the UK have been left in the lurch after being unable to find them online.

It turns out that the sale is for US and Canadian shoppers only.

Since the sale was announced, shoppers have been sharing the news across social media, getting excited for the first wave of discounts.

However, UK shoppers have noticed the deals didn’t seem to be available online here, and have taken to Twitter asking the retailer just what is going on.

One shopper asked on Twitter if the sale is a ‘con’, writing: “@Pandora_UK is your black friday sales in November a con? You have made it out that its 35% off everything but my basket is still full price today?"

Another confused shopper wrote: “@Pandora_UK still waiting for #blackfriday it says midnight onwards for one day and my basket still full price”.

A third added: “I’m trying to order something online but there isn’t any Black Friday deals up? I thought you was doing Black Friday deals every Friday”.

Pandora replied beneath each post, confirming that while its US outlets had launched sales, Pandora UK had not yet announced any promotions.

The retailer wrote: “Other markets such as the U.S. may have announced offers, however Pandora UK has not yet announced any promotions relating to Black Friday.

“For accurate information on any UK promotion or discount, you can join the Pandora Club: go.pandora.net/34WEi92 Best, Pandora.”

In its initial posts, Pandora did specify that these deals were available only in the US and Canada, though this seems to have been lost in translation on social media.
