Shoppers 'can't tell the difference' between Estée Lauder's £34 Double Wear and this £3 foundation

Trying to find the perfect foundation can be a difficult exploit, not to mention downright expensive if you're looking at some of the more premium brands.

That said, us savvy shoppers are always on the lookout for a good dupe, as there's nothing better than finding comparable products at a fraction of the price.

Luckily, another exciting new dupe has just appeared on the horizon - this time in the shape of a £2.99 foundation from B&M.

Posting on a popular Facebook bargains group , one make-up lover revealed how she could 'barely tell the difference' between Estée Lauder's Double Wear, which usually costs £34, and a £2.99 dupe from w7 - coming in at a whopping £27 cheaper.

Writing on Facebook, the beauty fan said: "I always stick to the same foundation but this time I thought I'd try something new. Estee lauder is a whopping £30, the w7 is £2.99 in B&M!

"You can't even tell the difference! I'm converted and saving myself £27. May not be as good for some people but I'm definitely swearing by it!"

After the post was shared, the comments section quickly became flooded with positive responses from like-minded beauty fans.

"Fab bargain going today to grab one," said one keen shopper.

Another wrote: "I've seen this in B&M and I'm gonna give it a shot.. I used to swear by double wear or Mac but I'm loving 2 of the Primark foundations just now ....the double wear dupe and the 2.99 one!"

"I use this everyday and I think it's great it goes on lovely too, really light," a third shared.

Not everyone was so convinced about the similarity between the two foundations, but let's not forget that skincare products are a personal thing, and can only ever truly be tested on an individual basis.

What might be a total 'game changer' for one person can be a mis-match for another, so it's important to bear this in mind - as the Facebook user has pointed out in her post.
