When it comes to online shopping, there are some weird and wonderful surprises out there.
And fashion fans were quick to spot a bizarre bikini which they claim looks more like a coronavirus face mask.
The floral two-piece has even been dubbed "pandemic chic" for its resemblance to PPE and face coverings being worn during the outbreak.
A photo of the swimwear was shared on the ASOS parody Instagram account, @asbos_sos.
The account shares strange items being sold by the online retailer and asks: "ASOS, what were you thinking?".
The most recent post features the strapless black drawstring bikini, with the hilarious caption: "Public Service Announcement: Facemasks do not work below the nose."
Followers of the page were quick to share their opinion as they mocked the "Covid friendly" bikini, which has since racked up 1,500 likes.
One person replied: "STAY ALERT."
Another said: "Even the model ain’t feeling it."
"CRYING at the caption. Also looks like a pair of curtains on like a narrowboat or something," wrote a third.
Someone else responded: "Pandemic chic."
Others suggested they looked like 'caravan curtains' or 'boob curtains'.
Despite followers poking fun at the item, the bikini has completely out on the ASOS website.
It appears 'pandemic chic' is the trend after all.
