A PrettyLittleThing shopper who bought two different sized bralets in case one didn't fit was shocked to find they both looked the same size.
Jess Armstrong spotted the underwear on the fashion website and decided to splash out.
In a bid to avoid being disappointed if it turned out not to fit, she decided to buy the Rhoda piece in both size eight and ten.
She was therefore staggered when they arrived and seemed to be almost exactly the same size.
Jess took to Twitter to unleash her fury about the situation while sharing a photo of the clothing.
“Could you please explain to me how these are supposed to be two completely different sizes ?????" she asked.
“An 8 and a 10????”
Worse than the bralets seeming to be the same size, they also appear to much too small.
She added: “They fit like a 4 and a 4.5 for f*** sake.”
PrettyLittleThing responded to her comment to say it was "so sorry" and that an investigation would be launched.
It is not the first time the retailer has been called out for its strange sizing.
Back in March Julia Magowan ordered a size eight dress from PrettyLittleThing.
When the gown arrived it appeared the clothing seller had leaned a little too heavily on the second adjective in its name.
The £18 Black Mesh Ruched Dress could barely even fit on one of her legs.
"PLT how do you expect me to fit my body into this supposed size 8 dress??" she wondered.
"Can just about fit my left leg in it, what a joke!"
