Shopper ordered a letter necklace from PrettyLittleThing but it turned up with a typo

Shopping online can be tricky since you're not always sure what the product will really look like.

However, one thing you don't expect to be delivered is a typo - something which happened to one unsuspecting shopper.

Model Bella Worlock couldn't believe her eyes after her new necklace turned up with a typo.

Posting on Twitter, the PrettyLittleThing customer shared an image of the diamante 'Babygirl' choker necklace she'd ordered from the popular brand, Manchester Evening News report.

Next to the website's image, she revealed the necklace she'd actually received, and it's safe to say the two didn't quite match.

Instead of saying 'Babygirl', Bella's necklace actually read 'Bbbygirl'. Oops.

Writing alongside the pictures, Bella said: "Ordered this from @OfficialPLT and this turned up instead... putting 3 Bs on it."

Responding to the Tweet, PrettyLittleThing wrote: "I'm sorry your order arrived like this doll. Please can you drop us a DM with your order number and we'll sort this out for you."

PrettyLittleThing now appears to have removed the necklace from its website, so if you were hoping to bag your own 'Babygirl' necklace, you might have to shop around.

Bella has also confirmed that after complaining to PrettyLittleThing they issued her with an immediate full refund and also allowed her to keep the necklace.

PrettyLittleThing declined to comment.
