Shopper feels 'discriminated' as PrettyLittleThing dress won't fit over her head

When shopping for clothes online we all take risks with the size we've ordered and the quality of the product.

While it's not uncommon for shoppers to have to send back their orders if they've ordered a siz that doesn't fit one woman's issue wasn't exactly the norm.

One savvy shopper from South East London ordered two of the same dresses in different colours, both the same size, and was stunned when one didn't fit her.

Hannah Goulding, 22, ordered the Shape Red Snake Print Mesh High Neck Cut Out Bodycon dress for £20 from Pretty Little Thing’s website.

She took to Twitter to explain the odd sizings.

She uploaded a picture of the awkward moment she tried on the dress that didn't fit alongside the caption: “I feel discriminated tbh (I ordered two colours in the same size and my head fits through the other one and it’s not even that fat)”.

The blogger said: "I usually love buying clothes from PLT, I actually love their shape range as it fits well in all the right places, with the exception of this item of course.

"The quality is very hit and miss, usually a hit. But with the price you pay for some of the items, it’s what’s expected.

"I usually have to order two sizes of each item because I can never predict what size I’m going to end up being in their items."

Hannah has since contacted Pretty Little Thing about the incident.

A spokeswoman replied to Hannah’s tweet, saying they were really sorry about the situation with her item.

A spokesman told Hannah they would sort her issue for her (Jam Press)

They said: “Hey Hannah I’m really sorry to see this I completely understand how you feel about this could you please drop me over a DM with your order number/email address/full address and I will get this sorted for you.”

Mirror Online has contact Pretty Little Thing for a comment.

Another woman, Natalie Weaver, 26, ordered a size 12 polka dot dress from Pretty Little Thing, but when she tried it on, she was less than impressed.

She claims that it could have 'fit an eight year old' due to its very inappropriate length.

Natalie was forced to find another dress, since this one left her underwear on show.
