Shop worker threatened by two men and robbed in Irlam

A shop worker was threatened during a robbery in Irlam .

Two men targeted Ferryhill Stores, Ferryhill Road at around 6.20am on Thursday, February 6.

The shop worker was threatened by the men, who then fled with a quantity of cash.

The men ran off along Ferry Road towards the Boathouse pub.

No-one was injured during the robbery.

One man is described as white, around 6ft tall, very thin and was wearing a black hoodie.

The second man was white and around 5ft 5ins tall.

Police say no further descriptions are available.
