If the rainy season makes you feel gloomy, worry not, and join the fun of the latest edition of Tae Flea Market. Under the theme "Hide From The Rain," the market will run from July 1-3, and take over a large space at Lido Connect, Siam Square from noon until late.
For those who want to shop, buy clothes and cool accessories, but the sight of dark skies and rain makes it seem not worth it to go out, do some indoor shopping at Tae Flea Market at Lido Connect, Siam Square. It brings the best clothing stores, traders and local craftsmen.
Tae Flea Market is organised by Tryster, a collective community who share a passion for fashion, arts-and-crafts and urban lifestyle. As the name suggests, Tae (slang for being dumped) is a market where it is fine to walk alone as a single person. Visitors can browse through an endless and eclectic array of private collections from more than 70 stalls that have been selected for clothes, second-hand goods, shoes, film cameras, home decoration, scented candles, plants and handmade and crafted products -- all at reasonable and bargain prices. So, it's okay to go home with more than a few extra goodies than intended. There are also sitting corners, a cafe, as well as vibrant live music for visitors to enjoy all day.
