Shop that focuses on minimal waste and sustainable living to open in Foxrock

A shop that focuses on minimal waste and sustainable living is set to open in Dublin.

Brazilian Pat Kane, who currently runs online store reuzi, is now bringing the idea to life in a brick and mortar shop.

It is set to open in Foxrock next week, and will also hold workshops to get the local community involved.

Among the items offered will be reusable coffee cups, bamboo cutlery, water bottles and beeswax food wraps.

There will also be refills on everything from deodorant, makeup and shampoo to washing up liquid and detergent.

Pat says: “I want to help people find replacement products and explain why they’re a better choice for people and the planet.

"I want to get to know people in the local community and to find out more about their own ways to create a positive impact and share our knowledge to become more eco-friendly together.”

You can find out more at www.reuzi.ie and by visiting the shop at Brighton Road when it opens on August 26.
