Primark online shopping: A click and collect service is coming

Primark is booming right now.

The budget-friendly fashion brand opened the world's biggest store in Birmingham this month, and now there are rumours that the high street shop is about to launch a click and collect service.

According to Davy, an Irish wealth and asset management company, Primark's chief executive, Paul Marchant, told analysts that the new service is "on the horizon".

The report overview also states: "The introduction of a click-and-collect offering will drive incremental benefits to the Primark model in time. Primark’s market share gains prove that its bricks-and-mortar offering remains relevant."

The online venture would make it easier than ever before for customers to get hold of the label's fashion, accessories and homeware.

Click and collect would allow fans to reserve their Primark wish list from the comfort of their own home (or, on the go) before collecting in-store. The new service would remove the disappointment of trawling through rails and rails, only to discover the item you want is already out of stock.
