You don’t need us to tell you the last year has been like something out of a dystopian drama. We’ve all got our pandemic battle scars but as we ease into a new dawn, it’s never been more important to take stock and heal.
As part of our weeklong Shop London festival (April 12- 18) we’re laying on a series of talks, classes, workshops and events to enjoy alongside mega discounts from London’s small independent businesses.
On Tuesday, April 13, we’re winding down the day with a soothing sound bath courtesy of wellbeing specialists, the Wellness Foundry.
What is the Wellness Foundry?
From highly-acclaimed psychic and Tarot master Fiongal Greenlaw, Wellness Foundry is a destination for rest, spirituality and wellness. The company offers everything from Tarot readings, past-life regression, energy healing and astrology readings as well as the otherworldly experience of sound baths.
What is a sound bath?
No need to disrobe, this bath takes place without any water. Part meditation, part auditory show, expect 60 minutes of time to yourself, listening to alien sounds made with crystal bowls and tuning forks.
How long is the class?
The session will take place online so just lay back, stick on an eye mask to block out any light and plug in headphones so you can fully submerge into the sound bath without distraction. In all, it should last 15 minutes. If you don’t have time for this right now, catch up on our YouTube channel.
