Kansas City Chiefs trainer Rick Burkholder shared details about the shooting that occurred at the end of the Super Bowl championship parade. According to Burkholder, the team was on buses heading back to Arrowhead Stadium when the incident took place. He mentioned that he was with coach Andy Reid and other staff members at the time.

In response to the shocking event, Chiefs quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes took to social media, expressing his prayers for Kansas City.
