A member of the public rugby tackled a man who appeared to be smashing the windows of a well known Liverpool bar.
Police were called to Keith's Wine Bar late last night (Friday) following reports of a man armed with a knife damaging property.
A video sent to the ECHO showed a man who appeared to smash the bar's windows.

A member of the public rugby tackled the man, and then the police arrived and made an arrest.
Keith Haggis, who owns the well known bar , told the ECHO that a customer became annoyed when someone moved his chair.
Mr Haggis said: "'It was just someone who got upset because his chair had been taken by somebody and he kicked off, why I don't know, but he did and he obviously got very upset and went berserk for a moment but it was all sorted very quickly.
"It was a one off and nothing to get excited about."
Mr Haggis added that the windows were set to be replaced today.
Keith's Wine Bar opened in the 1970s and became famous for its shabby chic look over the decades.

The bar underwent a refurbishment last year.
The ECHO has requested a comment from Merseyside Police.
A police spokesperson said: "Merseyside Police can confirm a man was arrested last night (Friday, 5 April) following an incident outside Keith’s Wine Bar, Lark Lane.
"Officers were called at 10.50pm to reports a man was damaging property and in possession of a knife.
"A 60-year-old man from Sefton Park was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of a bladed article, he remains in police custody at this time.
"Damage was caused to the windows of the bar but there are no reports of anyone being injured."
