Shocking moment woman is barged into path of London bus in unprovoked attack in Pimlico

This is the shocking moment a woman narrowly avoids being run over by a bus as she is shoulder barged into the road in a horrifying assault in central London.

The victim, aged in her 60s, was pushed by a woman who was in the company of two children at the time of the unprovoked attack on Vauxhall Bridge in Pimlico.

She was standing at the traffic lights waiting to cross when the suspect barged her into the road causing her to smash into the passenger doors of the bus.

Detectives investigating the assault released CCTV on Wednesday of the shocking incident, which unfolded shortly after midday on May 29 last year, as they appealed for information.
