Video footage captured the shocking moment a man smashed at the windscreen of a Ferrari as an argument erupted on Deansgate.
The clip was captured by an eyewitness in the early hours of Saturday morning (May 21). It was filmed near the road's junction with John Dalton Street.
It appeared to show a man smashing at the windscreen of the luxury sports car which was parked up on the main road. The man appeared to be involved in a confrontation with people nearby.

The video showed him smashing at the car with a pole-like object before he approached the group and shouted 'come on' and 'let's do it'. He then appeared to pick up a weighted bag from the road, which he used to smash against the glass again.
Onlookers could be heard screaming and shouting in the background as the argument broke out. The onlooker who shared the clip with the Manchester Evening News said police were not called, though this has not yet been confirmed.
