Shocking moment ‘drunken fight’ breaks out between Ryanair passengers on Alicante shuttle bus

This is the moment an appalling brawl broke out on an airport shuttle bus.

A war of words quickly escalated into a fight as the pair began to grapple and punch each other.

Horrified Ryanair passengers manage to break up the fracas between the alleged new couple. However, the man then proceeds to punch the woman in the head moments later.

The incident was described by one passenger as “shocking and mortifying”.

You can watch the shocking video above.

According to onlookers, the woman repeatedly called the man "such a *******". The man is said to have called the woman a "psycho *****".

The pair were apparently separated before the incident took place but ended up locked on the same shuttle while waiting for police to arrive, sources suggest.

One eyewitness said the woman told her she and the man were on holiday together.

Passengers had arrived in Alicante, Spain, from Birmingham.

She admitted that she "found the thing hilarious" and "embarrassing" - adding: "I just thought to myself - 'oh, he we go, typical Brits abroad'!

"We think that they had gotten drunk on the flight over to Alicante, and then things had just exploded on the shuttle bus.

"I think they were having a domestic that got so heated it became violent, and that one of them just touched a nerve - I think she lashed out first.

"We have no idea what they'd argued about, but when it kicked off things escalated so quickly we couldn't imagine what had been said!

"At various points, one or the other was sat on top of the other punching them in the head, and people intervened to break it off.

"I mean, they were really going for it - landing proper punches at each other!

"I do feel bad for some of the passengers who were sat on the shuttle bus, because everyone was tired and wanting to sleep.

The fight broke out at around 10pm on October 26.

A Ryanair spokesman said: "The crew of this flight from Birmingham to Alicante (26 Oct) requested police assistance upon arrival after several passengers became disruptive.

"This is now a matter for local police."
