Shocking moment drunk Scot pushes woman in the face at Edinburgh Street Party

Shocking footage has captured the moment a drunk reveller pushed a woman in the face during a TV interview at the famous Edinburgh Street Party .

The blonde woman causes quite a scene when she interrupts a live broadcast by Sky News reporter James Matthews during the New Years Eve celebrations.

James was asking partygoers what they thought of the Hogmany fireworks display when the woman rudely interrupts, pushing her way to the front of the camera.

Shocked revellers look on as she gestures wildly at the camera.

Sky News reporter James ignores her behaviour and goes on to ask another woman how she found the fireworks.

Before the woman has a chance to answer, the drunk lout returns and puts her hand over the woman's face before pushing her away and shouting: "She's boring! Talk to me".

The blonde's booze fulled antics were caught on camera and hundreds have been quick to have their say online.

One man wrote: "Absolutely disgusting. She made Scotland look like a joke."

Another added: "Saw this and just thought what a stupid drunken idiotic person.

"Hope she is reading this. You just ridiculed yourself on live TV."

Someone else said: "Watched this and was in shock. What a disgusting person. Felt so bad for the woman."
