Brave firefighters battled for hours to quell a huge barn fire in North Dublin last night.
Dublin Fire Brigade rushed to the scene of the massive fire in Kinsealy yesterday as they bravely tackled the frightening flames.
Smoke drifted across the area but DFB managed to contain the blaze.
Four fire units were called to fight the hay barn fire.
A water relay was put in place to pump water to the fire ground.
One DFB unit remained at the scene last night.
The terrifying flames could be seen from Donabate.
Those affected by the smoke were asked to close all of their windows as a precaution.
DFB posted: "Four units were called to a hay barn fire in #Kinsealy Fingal this evening.
"Smoke was drifting across the area but we have made good progress in containing the fire.
"Firefighters remain on scene dealing with the incident which is visible across the North city.
"If you're affected by smoke, close all windows as a precaution."
