Shock Love Island vote sees couple dumped in brutal twist and they've left the villa already

The Love Island villa has been rocked by a shock elimination that none of them saw coming and the unlucky couple have already packed their bags.

The Islanders are still reeling in the fallout from Thursday's controversial recoupling which saw Nas dump Demi in favour of new girl Eva and Callum return from Casa Amor with newcomer Molly as Shaughna stood alone waiting for him.

With all of that going on, no-one in the Love Island villa had any inkling another dumping would be on the cards, instead presuming more new arrivals would be entering; so they are left totally stunned by news of the dumping.

The Islanders are asked to gather at the fire pit where they learn that the public have been voting for their favourite couples and they are about to find out which of the couples are at risk of being dumped from the Island.

As Shaughna and Demi are single, they are immune from this public vote.

Luke M gets a text which reads: “Islanders, the public has been voting for their favourite couple. The couples with the fewest votes risk being dumped from the Island tonight.”

The Islanders find out that the bottom three couples - as voted by the public - are at risk and they are asked to stand in front of their fellow Islanders, leading to speculation that, like in past votes this series, the vulnerable couples' fate is placed in the hands of the safe contestants.
