A return of a major Emmerdale character is being teased as part of a shock storyline.
As Emmerdale viewers know, Al Chapman, played by Michael Wildman, has his eyes on buying into The Woolpack - following the financial difficulties cousins Marlon and Chas Dingle are facing.
Al has been blackmailing Paddy, over his secret horse doping scandal with Kim Tate, to encourage Chas to sell him a share in the pub.

As reported by The Mirror, a deal was eventually agreed with Al spotted making a phone call to a mystery person soon after.
He said: "Good news, I signed the deal. Trust me, this is the perfect investment.
"Ideal location, rock bottom price, we're gonna make a killing..."
Emmerdale viewers soon took to Twitter believing he was on the phone to a familiar face from the ITV soap - although they struggled on agree on which one it was.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer tweeted: "Looks like Al bought into the pub to use it to do some sort of side business it seems."
A second guessed: "Al and Jamie buy the pub?" while a third suspected: "Who is Al talking to? Is it Declan I wonder?"
Meanwhile, a fourth viewer tweeted: "Who was Al talking too? Debbie? Jamie?"
