Arsenal's transfer saga of the summer window looks set to revolve around Norwich City star Emiliano Buendia.
The Argentine is attracting plenty of interest this summer and it seems the Gunners may be well placed to win any race to sign him with a player-plus-cash deal mooted.
It's reported Arsenal don't want to pay the £40million upfront requested by Norwich City and could reduce the transfer fee by including Joe Willock or Reiss Nelson.
It seems as though any possible deal could rumble on until later in the window, but if Buendia does wind up making the switch to the Emirates Stadium, what number would he wear?
Assuming he doesn't want to play number four, being an attacking player, 1-10 is out of the window with number 11 currently available to any new arrivals.
Unfortunately for Buendia, the number 17, which he currently wears, and has worn in the past with former loan club Cultural Leonesa, is also out of the question with Cedric Soares taking up those digits in the summer.
The number 25 is the next lowest available after 11, unless Reiss Neilson does go the other way, in which case 24 would also become available.
From there, plenty of numbers become available with 26, 27 and 29 all up for grabs, and 28 could also become available if Willock is the player who goes the other way.
History suggests Buendia likes a seven in his number having played 17 throughout his time at Norwich and during that loan spell with Leon, so 27 might tickle his fancy if he was to make the move.
In the 30s, 31 is available, along with 37, 39 and 40 before we get into the higher numbers which are largely taken up by the Gunners' under-23s.
So, as far as Buendia is concerned, there isn't a great selection but that's the nature of a January transfer and, of course, if the move does happen, the Argentine could switch to his dream number in the summer if teammates are willing to help out.
