Sherrie Hewson, 70, shows off 'love handle face lift' results after fat transfer

Loose Women's Sherrie Hewson showed off the incredible results of her "love handles face lift" as she had fat taken from other parts of her body and injected into her face.

Sherrie, 70, said she felt her face was drooping with age and looking like a "skeleton".

So she opted for a pioneering treatment which takes fat from a target area in the body, mixes it with the patient's blood, and then injects it into the face.

Not for the faint hearted, the process was filmed and played on the screen for Sherrie's co hosts Ruth Langsford, Saira Khan, Coleen Nolan, and Janet Street Porter.

After a horror year which took her beloved brother at age 71, Sherrie said she had been saving up to take her family on holiday.

When that plan fell apart due to the pandemic, Sherrie decided instead to give some of the dosh to her family, some to her brother's charity, and the rest to treat herself.

Sherrie said: "What happens at this age is all that beautiful lovely plump face that you have, your muscles and your fillers, at this age ts gone.

"Your face drains you just have a skeletal face, it's just bones.

"I know how old I am, I know I've got wrinkles and lines but I wanted some plumpness back to make me feel a bit better about myself.

"It's made me feel that I can look in the mirror."

She added: "You're pumping your own DNA back into you.

"If you're going to do anything use your own stuff, try not to pump something in when you don't know what it is."

Sherrie instantly felt the procedure had worked, and hopes it will help her in her quest for romance.
