A special Sherlock Holmes 50p coin has been unveiled by The Royal Mint – and it will have you reaching for a magnifying glass.
The piece, which is finished to an "uncirculated standard", is available for £10 and features a striking silhouette of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's world famous detective.
It's the first time he has been featured on a UK coin, and fans who get their hands on one will also notice the names of several Sherlock novels engraved.
However the lettering is so small you'll likely need a magnifying glass to see it.
Other limited edition versions – including a £795 gold proof coin have also been made available on The Royal Mint website.
The coin is expected to enter circulation in the coming months and it commemorates 160 years since the birth of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Designer Stephen Raw said: "I hope it will encourage the inner detective in those who are intrigued by the coin."
