Actress Sheridan Smith has shared pictures of her weight loss transformation on Instagram.
After completing her stint as the narrator on Joseph the Musical, Sheridan has revealed she has lost two stone whilst being a part of the hit London show.
The photos show her before the show started and after it finished and show the huge difference in her face, reports the Liverpool Echo .
She is loving the results, but told fans that "everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin".
She said: "I’m not one for weight loss regimes as I think everyone should be comfortable in their own skin but comparing today’s pic to day 1 of rehearsals on @josephmusical

Fans rushed to compliment the Cilla star, one, pinkpearbear said: "I’m not surprised with all the running and skipping about! You gave out so much energy."
Another, msbeenthere_doneit_n_doitagain said: "Wow, what a difference, sure some of that is down to u being in a good place generally right now too, well done, you look fantastic."
A third, bespokepieces said: "That’s because you didn’t think about it and you’re in a happy place, it doesn’t matter big or small the people who matter will be there for you anyway."
And actress Jennifer Ellison said: "Wow well done you look amazing."
The OBE and the cast of Joseph wowed sell out audiences with their version of Andrew Lloyd Webber show all summer at the London Palladium, completing its run with a final performance on Sunday, September 8.
