Sheridan Smith's fiancé Jamie Horn details how their romance was 'love at first sight'

Sheridan Smith fans got a glimpse into her relationship with Jamie Horn as they tuned into her new documentary on Tuesday.

The couple - who met on Tinder - became engaged in May 2018 and welcomed a baby, named Billy, in May this year.

And on ITV's Sheridan Smith: Becoming Mum, Jamie, 28, recalled his first date with actress Sheridan, 39, and how magical it was when they locked eyes for the first time.

Jamie shared: "On our first date she was so timid and sweet and nervous!

"She came in to the boozer, about an hour late, I had about 3 pints!"

Sharing how special their first meeting was, he added: "She walked and looked up at me and gave me this smile across the bar and that was it!"

Elsewhere in the TV special, Sheridan revealed that she cannot wait to have a second child with her handsome fiancé.

As scenes unfolded of her and Jamie cuddling up with baby Billy, weeks after his arrival, West End sensation Sheridan admitted to the cameras that she was ready to "do it all again."

The beauty gazed down at Billy, as she told: I can’t wait to have another sibling for him now!"

She then reflected: "It is down to all the people I have met along the way," she then giggled as she smiled at Jamie and added: "And you!"

Shortly after Sheridan's new documentary began, the first-time mum was praised on social media for being so open about her worries about her mental health throughout pregnancy.

One Twitter user typed: "Sheridan Smith, ITV on now, Becoming mum. Refreshing , honest and supportive insight about pregnancy and mental health. Well done Sheridan for highlighting the worries, anxieties and experiences of pregnant women. Xx"

A second added: "Watching the Sheridan Smith documentary. I think she is awesome and she really is not along with her mental illness. We are in this together @Sheridansmith1."

A third echoed: "Aw what a woman Sheridan Smith is #becomingmum."
