Sheffield United vs Crystal Palace
Premier League 2019-20
Venue: Bramall Lane
Date: Sunday, August 18, 2019
Kick-off time: 2pm BST
Crystal Palace face an early test of their mettle this afternoon as Roy Hodgson's men face a trip to Sheffield United.
The Blades earned a creditable 1-1 draw at Bournemouth in their first game back in the Premier League, and Bramall Lane will be rocking to welcome Chris Wilder's side back to the top flight.
The Eagles drew 0-0 at home with Everton on the opening day but looked toothless in attack, and Hodgson will be hoping Wilfried Zaha forgets his summer transfer disappointment and starts firing on all cylinders.

Sheffield United vs Crystal Palace team news and predicted lineups
With Hodgson needing a cutting edge, Zaha is set to start for Palace. The Ivory Coast international came off the bench against Everton, but will likely feature in the starting XI at Bramall Lane.
James Tomkins (groin) and Mamadou Sakho (knee) remain out of contention, but Jeffrey Schlupp is available after injury.
As for United, the Blades have a clean bill of health.
Sheffield United XI: Henderson, Basham, Egan, O'Connell, Baldock, Lundstram, Norwood, Fleck, Stevens, Robinson, McGoldrick
Crystal Palace XI: Guaita, Ward, Dann, Kelly, Van Aanholt, Townsend, McArthur, Milivojevic, Meyer, Zaha, Benteke
Prediction: Sheffield United 1-1 Crystal Palace
Bramall Lane is bound to be in fine voice on Sunday to celebrate the Blades' return to the top flight, and the match could well feel like something of a cup tie.
Palace will need to win games like these to avoid another relegation battle, but both managers would probably be happy with a point on Sunday.
