Sheffield United look to snatch Brewster from under Swansea's nose
Sheffield United have reportedly opened talks with Liverpool over a move to bring Rhian Brewster to Brammall Lane next season.
The 20-year-old striker enjoyed a tremendous loan spell with Swansea City last term, netting 11 times in 22 matches to fire the Liberty Stadium outfit into the play-offs.
There is said to be a lot of interest in the England youth international, however 90min.com claim the Blades are leading the race to get him in on a loan basis next term.
WalesOnline understands, however, that Swansea are still confident of landing the forward if Liverpool allow him to leave on loan next next season.
Eberechi Eze set for QPR exit
Crystal Palace are set to sign Queens Park Rangers midfielder Eberechi Eze, the Guardian reports.
A host of clubs have been attributed with an interest in the highly-rated player but Palace are poised to land his services for an initial £15m, with a fee potentially rising as high as £19.5m if bonuses and future clauses are met.
The 22-year-old is widely regarded as one of the finest players from outside the Premier League but a move to the top tier has been on the cards for a while and is now set to materialise.
Villa eye Forest defender
Aston Villa could make a move to hijack Fulham’s approach to sign Nottingham Forest defender Matty Cash, the Telegraph states.
Fulham are said to be leading the chase for a potential £10m deal but Villa are set to enter the market to compete for his services, while West Ham have also been attributed with an interest in signing him.
However, Sheffield United have reportedly seen an approach for a similar fee rejected earlier this summer and Fulham could encounter similar issues, which may open the door for Villa to make their move.
AC Milan eye Bournemouth striker
Serie A giants AC Milan are eyeing a move for Bournemouth striker Joshua King, according to the Daily Mail.
The Norway international is expected to leave the Cherries following their relegation from the Premier League and Milan have emerged as potential suitors for a deal that could be worth around £25m.
Newcastle United, Everton and Brighton have all been attributed with an interest in the striker, while there has also been links to Paris Saint-Germain and Lazio.
Valencia target Watford duo
Valencia are keen on negotiating a double loan deal for Watford duo Etienne Capoue and Luis Suarez, reports Super Deporte via Sport Witness.
The La Liga side are enduring a financial crisis and are set for a number of significant departures as a result, which will put them in need of securing new faces ahead of the new season.
With money tight, they’re eyeing low-cost options and a move for the Watford pair is seen as a decent move on their part.
