Shayne Ward and Sophie Austin aren't shy when it comes to their epic body transformation.
After hitting up a gym in Congleton, Cheshire, the soap dream couple have shed the pounds and boast a set of incredibly impressive physiques.
Shayne, who got down on one knee in 2017, and fiance Sophie are both hugely popular soap staples- Shayne played Corrie's Aidan Connor up until recently, while Sophie portrays Lindsey Butterfield in the Chester-based Hollyoaks.
Sophie revealed that she'd started to put on weight during her pregnancy, but recently headed to the Ultimate Performance Cheshire in Alderley Edge.
"I put on a lot of weight when I was pregnant. It was a free-for-all," the star said, "I was eating for four, almost. Both myself and my partner Shayne were eating a lot and using it as an excuse.
"Then after I had my daughter the weight didn't go. I didn't have the time to go to the gym and I was always knackered."
Sophie added that the gym has done wonders for her and Shayne's confidence.
"I think I saw a picture of myself," she continued, "I was all dressed up and I just looked really lost. I just looked like I had no confidence in myself.
"I think that I never felt very confident about what I looked like, even before when I was really skinny.
"I never felt good about myself even then because I wasn't eating right. I wasn't eating enough. And then obviously over-eating. So I never felt like me.
"And I think that having confidence gives you power."
Sophie's found a fresh outlook from her confidence boost - as has husband and X Factor winner Shayne.
"I never thought I would feel the way I do now," she said, "I never did. It's been brilliant.
"The compliments I get are that you look happy. You look glowing. And that means a lot to me because it means that my confidence is back and it means I've got my sparkle back."
She added of Shayne: "I feel like he's got his confidence back. He's nailing things because he's got that confidence and he believes in himself again.
"I'm just so proud of him because I think he'd got to a point where he was unhappy with how he looked and people commenting on his appearance.
"And it's hard being in this industry, where people are always talking. I think he looks great no matter what. I'm so proud that he's achieved that and he just looks happy. That's what makes me happy."
