Shawlands is set for a brand new bar and Italian restaurant.
'Gulp' is set to move into 67 Kilmarnock Road in Glasgow's south side, the former Clay Oven and Black Dove unit, with work already underway at the premises.
Meanwhile, Gulp will host Italian restaurant chain Dolce Vita, with the business re-locating from Wishaw.
Little is known about the bar element of Gulp, with both food and music very much on the menu.
Dolce Vita confirmed the move on their Facebook page, saying: "We are excited to let you all know we will be relocating to Glasgow and we hope you will visit us where we will continue to grow our business.
"You can find us based within Gulp Bar, 67 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow, G41 3YR."
"We hope to see you there."
