Shaughna Phillips has candidly shown off before and after shots of her swollen legs following recent surgery.
The former Love Island star suffers from lipoedema - a condition in which a person has an abnormal build-up of fat in their legs that can sometimes be painful.
The 26-year-old was diagnosed with lipoedema after she appeared on the ITV2 reality TV show, and she admitted that her legs were her "biggest insecurity".
Shaughna recently underwent surgery to help alleviate the pain in her swollen legs, and on Wednesday she took to Instagram to compare how they looked before and after the procedure.
Alongside the candid snaps, the former democratic services officer explained why she didn’t share any updates with fans after the surgery last year.

“Oh my god look at this picture I've found of my legs after my surgery,” she captioned the first shot.
“Have you ever seen a leg so swollen? This was when everyone was asking to see my new legs and I would literally look down at them and be like ermmmm wot?”
Six months after undergoing the procedure, Shaughna couldn’t be happier with her slimmed-down legs.

Proving that the surgery has done wonders for her, the delighted star wrote: “'This was my legs yesterday just after my MLD massage at @contourmedispa.
“Sometimes I can't even believe they're my legs. New legs who disss.”

Shaughna recently also underwent liposuction on her calves to combat the medical condition.
In a recent Instagram post, the reality TV star told her fans: “Before being on the show my BIGGEST insecurity was my abnormally large legs that were out of proportion to the rest of my body.
"Since having my surgery in September to treat the condition, it has been a long and painful recovery.

"And to be completely honest, I don't think I quite saw a difference until I saw the picture on the left the other day.
"I can't believe how different my legs look today; I can't even believe they are my legs (I have an actual visible calf muscle)."
