Sharon Stone has revealed that a plastic surgeon gave her larger breast implants than discussed and without her consent.
The 63-year-old actress, who rose to prominence in Basic Instinct, wrote in her memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice, that the surgeon believed the bigger implants would "go better" with her body.
Sharon explained that she was undergoing breast reconstruction surgery in 2001, in which she was having surgery to to repair her chest after doctors had to remove benign tumours.
She wrote the these tumours were "gigantic, bigger than my breast alone."
The Times has reported that when she woke up from the reconstructive surgery, she found that she had been given large breast implants.

Sharon said: "When I was unbandaged, I discovered that I had a full cup-size bigger breasts, ones that he said 'go better with your hip size'.
"He had changed my body without my knowledge or consent."
The actress said that when she took up the issue with the surgeon and questioned her breast size, he replied that he "thought that I would look better with bigger, 'better' boobs."
Sharon also describes in her memoir about the stroke and cerebral haemorrhage she had when aged 43.

She spoke about her health scares on Sunday Today with Willie Geist, saying that she was close to death after being hospitalised.
She said: "The room was so silent. When the room is so silent and no one's running around trying to fix you, that's when you realise how near death is and how serious everything is."
Sharon recovered from this moment but admitted in 2019 that her career had been slowed down due to the stroke.

She said: "People treated me in a way that was brutally unkind.
"From other women in my own business to the female judge who handled my custody case, I don't think anyone grasps how dangerous a stroke is for women and what it takes to recover."
Sharon continued: "I had to remortgage my house. I lost everything I had. I lost my place in the business.
"I was like the hottest movie star, you know? It was like Miss Princess Diana and I were so famous, and she died and I had a stroke. And we were forgotten."
