Sharon Osbourne has spoken out about why she embraced white hair after years of dyeing her hair red.
The 67-year-old former X Factor judge also revealed that her husband Ozzy Osbourne had the 'perfect reaction' when he saw her for the first time with her new look.
After 18 years of dyeing her hair dark red, Sharon has now debuted her dramatic new look which has seen her turn her hair a platinum white colour.
Appearing on the US TV equivalent of Loose Women, called The Talk, Sharon explained her inspiration for turning white and why she has made the decision now.
Sharon said: "I was just so fed up of going and having it dyed and having it dyed, and I just was like, I can’t do this anymore.
"I’m like, why am I trying to do something or be something that I’m not? So, just be who you are."
Sharon has been getting a lot of love for her new look and The Talk's co-hosts were full of praise, with Sheryl Underwood labelling her a “silver fox.”
It was the reaction of Sharon's husband Ozzy Osbourne that made her happy, saying it was 'perfect'.
When seeing his wife's the new colouring, Ozzy reportedly said: “The devil wears Prada!”
Sharon's transformation took eight hours to achieve by hair stylist Jack Martin.
He revealed the new style on his Instagram on Monday, captioning the pic: "Sharon was very tired of coloring her hair once a week and she was obligated to since she is on tv almost every day hosting her popular tv show.
"I had great time spending my day off with this gorgeous, humble, and sweet soul.”
Martin is also the stylist behind Jane Fonda's new silver pixie cut, which is what inspired Sharon to have her big change.
