Sharon Osbourne has unleashed her most stinging attack yet.
The former telly judge slammed her arch nemesis Simon Cowell once again during her latest TV appearance on Tuesday's The Talk.
Reigniting their feud, the former X Factor star slammed the music mogul for looking like a "dirty old man" and running The X Factor like a "boys club".
Sharon had no qualms drudging up the past as she made a cutting comment about Simon's age and appearance.
She cast doubt over his choice of having Demi Lovato and Britney Spears on The X Factor US's second season years ago.
She said: "There was [Simon], L.A. Reid, who’s an older man, and in between them was Demi Lovato and Britney Spears.
"The guys looked like two high rollers in Vegas who picked up a couple of kids. No, it's true! They looked like dirty old men beside these two little girls.”
She elaborated: "It is a boys club, OK? It is.
"And the boys take care of each other, and the women are not paid as much as the men."
Sharon and Simon go way back as she used to be on the early days of The X Factor UK alongside Louis Walsh.
But the outspoken personality admitted she has not spoken to Simon in 18 months.
She confessed: "I haven't spoken to him in so long, last May was the last time. Not this year but the year before. So it's been a while."
Despite her nasty comments, Sharon did compliment Simon's slim figure on a recent appearance on Good Morning Britain.
"I think he looks great," she said of Simon. "I think he looks absolutely great. The teeth are a bit big and one eye's kinda droopy but I think he looks great."
