Sharon Osbourne reunites with Ozzy as she returns home after Covid-19 battle

Sharon Osbourne has finally returned home after getting the all-clear following her recent Covid-19 battle.

The 68-year-old former X Factor judge had decided to isolate away from her husband Ozzy Osbourne, 72, after she was briefly hospitalised with the virus.

After two negative tests, Sharon finally returned home on Wednesday to her supportive husband and their five dogs.

Sharing the latest update with her one million Instagram followers, Sharon unveiled a cheerful picture of the Black Sabbath rock star alongside their five fluffy pets.

The mum of three explained that she was "grateful" to be allowed to reunite with her husband ahead of the Christmas period.

"Got the ok to go home after two negative test results and look at the joy waiting for me!" Sharon wrote on Instagram.

"So grateful to be home for the holidays and thank you all so much for your love and support. ️ Stay safe and wishing you the happiest of holidays."

Sharon also tagged the location of the touching post as "My Heart."

Almost two weeks ago, Sharon revealed that she had tested positive for Covid-19 and even had a brief stint in hospital as a result.

However, Sharon was able to pull through and was then recovering from the virus at a location away from Ozzy.

Taking to Twitter last week, Sharon gave an update on her health and asked fans to stay safe.

She wrote at the time: "I wanted to share I've tested positive for Covid 19.

"After a brief hospitalisation, I'm now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while “The Talk” is on scheduled hiatus."

Sharon was quickly inundated with messages as stars rushed to wish the star a speedy recovery.

Ozzy - who is battling Parkinson's disease - tested negative for the virus, according to his wife, and the couple have finally been reunited.
