Sharon Osbourne has joked about her plastic surgery, saying that she's had four different faces because she "gets bored looking at herself in the mirror".
The former X Factor judge, 67, has always been very frank about the work that she has had done over the years.
Grilled about her numerous facelifts on Dame Edna Rules the Waves this evening, she said: "I'm not ashamed to say that I've had three different faces - four with my original!
"I just get bored looking at the same thing in the mirror!"
Asked why she was so candid about the surgery that she had had done, she said: "Because so many people have cosmetic surgery now, right? So many people. And they come back and - say you're looking at the TV and going, 'Ooh, that one looks a bit different! Hasn't she had something done?'
"And then everybody talks about you behind your back and they go, 'Oh that sucks, that looks terrible. Dear, poor cow.'
"So I'm like, 'Don't talk about me when I'm not here, talk about me now because I'll tell you what I've done."
Sharon went on to joke about her vagina surgery before saying that he feet were the only part of her body she hadn't had tweaked.
"Everything else has been done," she shrugged.
The TV personality said that she had also had surgery on her armpits to take away her 'bingo wings'.
"I've got hair growing down the sides of my arms now," she exclaimed.
