Sharm el-Sheikh flights 'delayed' following Russian plane crash

Flights to Sharm el-Sheikh are being delayed following concerns a Russian plane was brought down by an "explosive device", Downing Street says.

The passenger plane crashed in the Sinai peninsula on Saturday, killing all 224 people on board.
