And, so popular that “Shark Week” fans flooded Discovery Channel’s inbox with countless images of shark and “Shark Week” tattoos for a tribute video that was posted to Facebook on Thursday.

“Hundreds of people have Shark Week and Shark tattoos, and we love you for it,” Discovery Channel wrote in the video. “We love you so much we made this tribute video. Here’s to you, the amazing fans of Shark Week.”
