'Shark Tank' star Robert Herjavec makes a profitable deal in West Hollywood

April 27--Canadian entrepreneur and investor Robert Herjavec, who appears on the reality series "Shark Tank," has sold a condo at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood for $4.15 million.

Chalk it up as a pretty solid return on investment for the television personality, who bought the 1,672-square-foot unit about a year ago for $3.15 million, records show.

Found on the 17th floor, the southeast-facing corner unit has walls of floor-to-ceiling glass that take in city to ocean views.

An open-plan living/dining room, an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms make up the floor plan. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a balcony, while the other bedroom is currently outfitted as another walk-in closet/dressing room.

Pocket doors off the main area open to a terrace patio.

Herjavec, 53, has been a regular on the Emmy-winning show "Shark Tank" since 2009. He has authored two bestselling books, "Driven" and "The Will to Win."

He is engaged to "Dancing with the Stars" personality Kym Johnson.

Enzo Ricciardelli of Sotheby's International Realty was the listing agent. Joshua Greer of Hilton Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, repped the buyer.
