In the week leading up to Super Bowl 50, Guardian photographer David Levene travelled across the San Francisco Bay Area photographing the sites that transformed one of the great cities of the world. Now we’d like to see your photos and hear your stories about the city.

Whether it’s a stroll around the Haight-Ashbury district, a memorable cable car journey or a San Francisco Giants baseball game at AT&T Park, share your images, memories and experiences of the city with us. If you have old photos of San Francisco that show just how much the city has transformed in recent years, we’d love to see these too. We’ll feature the most interesting contributions on the site.
