For generations, Fourth of July parades have brought Americans together out on the streets to celebrate the nation at a local level. And it’s often the one time in the year that communities get to showcase local organizations, from Girl Scouts to veterans’ clubs.

Take us with you — share a photo from your parade, tell us what’s happening in the scene, and tell us what inspires you on this national holiday.
