Shaq is convinced that Stevie Wonder can actually see

Count Shaquille O’Neal as one of the people who believe Stevie Wonder can actually see.

Last night on Inside the NBA, Shaq recounted a story where he was in an elevator with Wonder and he believes he actually saw him. “I’m going to tell y’all a Stevie Wonder story, but y’all not gonna believe me,” he starts off. You know it’s about to be a wild ride.

Apparently, they were living in the same building on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. O’Neal says he was already in the building as Wonder came in and they were both getting on the elevator up at the same time. What he said happens next is the best part.

“He comes in, says ‘what’s up Shaq.’ Presses the button, it’s a true story, presses the button, gets off on his floor by himself, goes to his room. I went and called every person I knew and told the story. They didn’t believe me,” Shaq said.

FANTASTIC STUFF. You can watch him tell the story here.

Believe it or not, he’s not the only “Stevie Wonder can see” truther out there! There are more of them. Anthony Anderson is one of them. Lionel Richie might be another. Now, they have Shaq.
