Feb. 03--1. Wisconsin (19-2, 7-1; 1): Coach Bo Ryan called back-to-back road wins against Iowa and Michigan "huge". Up next: Tuesday vs. Indiana.

2. Maryland (18-4, 6-3; 2): The Terrapins' Big Ten road record (2-3) is less than impressive. Up next: Wednesday vs. Penn State.

3. Ohio State (17-5, 6-3; 4): The Buckeyes bolstered their resume with consecutive wins against Indiana and Maryland. Up next: Wednesday at Purdue.

4. Indiana (16-6, 6-3; 3): The Hoosiers have a chance to reassert themselves with a trip to Madison. Up next: Tuesday at Wisconsin.

5. Michigan State (15-7, 6-3; 5): A week between games will help the disjointed Spartans refocus. Up next: Saturday vs. Illinois.

6. Purdue (14-8, 6-3; 8): The Boilermakers have already surpassed their Big Ten win total from last season. Up next: Wednesday vs. Ohio State.

7. Iowa (13-8, 4-4; 6): The Hawkeyes shot 64 percent in the first half but crumbled at home in the second half against Wisconsin. Up next: Thursday at Michigan.

8. Michigan (13-9, 6-4; 7): Props to the Wolverines for taking it to Michigan State without Caris LeVert and Derrick Walton. But a loss is a loss. Up next: Thursday vs. Iowa.

9. Nebraska (12-9, 4-5; 9): The Cornhuskers are still looking for their first conference road victory. Perhaps Saturday at Penn State? Up next: Tuesday vs. Northwestern.

10. Minnesota (14-9, 3-7; 11): The Gophers held Nebraska to 42 points, the lowest they'd allowed in 92 games. Up next: Saturday vs. Purdue.

11. Illinois (14-8, 4-5; 10): The Illini are trying to salvage the season without suspended starters Rayvonte Rice and Aaron Cosby. Up next: Tuesday vs. Rutgers.

12. Rutgers (10-13, 2-8; 12): How's this for a busy week? The Scarlet Knights are playing three games in six days. Up next: Tuesday at Illinois.

13. Penn State (14-8, 2-7; 14): Is that a pulse? Consecutive wins against Rutgers and Minnesota with a narrow loss at Illinois. Up next: Wednesday at Maryland.

14. Northwestern (10-11, 1-7; 13): The Wildcats again struggled to close out a game, falling by eight to Purdue. Up next: Tuesday at Nebraska.
